Notes 4-Changing Check Mail Frequency
to Notes 4	to Helpdesk	to server root

From the menu bar select: File/Tools/User Preferences (blue highlights on sample screen)

Select Mail icon in left column of icons (red arrow on sample screen in left column)

Turn on/off via checkbox, and/or change frequency in text boxes. (yellow box on sample screen)

Finally click on OK
