Netscape 4-Clearing the Cache

to Helpdesk
to server root
From the menu bar select:
Edit/Preferences
Sample screen
Click on the
+
symbol next to
Advanced
(red box on sample screen)
Then select
Cache
(blue highlight on sample screen)
Finally select
Clear Memory Cache
and/or
Clear Disk Cache
(yellow box on sample screen)
Sample screen
Netscape will warn you that you are deleting your cache, click
OK
Finally, click
OK
on the Preferences screen.
